Chacune dispose d’une gouvernance autonome et déploie ses opérations de manière indépendante.</p><p>Les thèmes couverts incluent la qualification et l’insertion professionnelle, le soutien à la relève artistique, le désendettement, la mobilité durable, l’encouragement des synergies entre les entreprises sociales, la réflexion et l’expérimentation autour du logement durable, ou encore l’appui aux seniors.</p><p>La création de fondations thématiques s’inscrit dans une dynamique de réponse aux enjeux de cohésion sociale en ciblant des domaines où les solutions publiques ou privées sont fragmentées, incomplètes ou insuffisamment coordonnées. En vue de compléter l’écosystème d’acteurs existants, la Fondation Hans Wilsdorf agit comme un catalyseur, en rassemblant, structurant et amplifiant des dynamiques qui peinent à émerger ou à atteindre une échelle significative. Les fondations thématiques appliquent cette logique à des champs d’action spécifiques, en mettant en œuvre des solutions concrètes qui prennent en compte les réalités locales et les besoins des personnes et organisations soutenues.</p><p>Ces fondations agissent en complémentarité des acteurs existants, en s'inscrivant dans les politiques publiques de leur domaine respectif.</p><p>Les fondations thématiques peuvent être contactées directement.   "<p>Fondation Hans Wilsdorf has established eleven thematic foundations. Although financed by us, each operates independently, with its own governance.</p><p>The eleven foundations cover areas such as skills development and workforce integration, support for emerging artists, debt relief, sustainable mobility, cooperation between social enterprises, sustainable housing innovation lab and older citizens.</p><p>The thematic foundations were established to strengthen cohesion in the response to social challenges, targeting those areas where public and private interventions are fragmented, disconnected or poorly coordinated. Fondation Hans Wilsdorf aims to complement the existing ecosystem, acting as a catalyst and convenor and enabling new ideas to emerge and develop at scale. The thematic foundations apply this approach to specific sectors, implementing solutions that are locally relevant and that meet the needs of the people and the organisations they support.</p><p>These foundations complement the work of existing organisations and align with relevant public policies in their respective domains.</p><p>Please contact the thematic foundations directly.
