The Foundation

Fondation Hans Wilsdorf works in five areas:

Social and health; education, training and workplace integration; culture; humanitarian causes; animals and ecosystems. Our focus is on the canton of Geneva and on humanitarian initiatives originating in Geneva. Our work on the protection of animals and ecosystems extends more broadly across Switzerland and internationally.

Created in 1945, Fondation Hans Wilsdorf is a private shareholder foundation and owner of the Rolex group. Its income is derived from the group's dividends and it operates in accordance with its public interest objectives.

The foundation strives to integrate high standards of social and environmental sustainability, both in its own operations and in the support it provides.
